Property Owner’s Association dues to cover private street, gate, and front entrance landscaping maintenance. Subdivision covenants to be filed upon final subdivision plat approval. Key architectural requirements include, but not limited to: 9’ plate height construction, LP SmartSide or James Hardie soffit/trim/fascia, 8:12 minimum roof pitch, speciality metal mailboxes, landscape lighting (6 light minimum). All residential design must be approved by the Design Review Committee prior to construction.
